Exhibition & Event Services would not recommend using RFID for access control as the RFID readers can pick up multiple tags at the same time and it can becomes difficult to identify which tag was denied access.

Yes. Exhibition & Event Services can select the database and badge that are to be used before we register the visitor so visitors do not have to register at a particular registration desk. They can go to any entrance and still receive a badge with the correct logo in full colour. The benefit of this is a more convenient service for visitors and fewer terminals resulting in reduced costs to the organiser.

Providing Exhibition & Event Services have completed the data capture onsite we can give you your figures immediately. However, after each exhibition we clean the data and deliver the Visitor Analysis and clean, fully contactable database within 7 days of the exhibition closing. The Visitor Analysis can be used as a marketing tool to sell exhibition space for the next exhibition.
